Community Building:Understand alumni needs, design engagement strategies, build a vibrant community, facilitate collaboration, and support the growth of founders.
Event Management:Plan and execute events, continuously refine content and formats, and enhance event quality and impact.
Industry Research
Technical Research & Interviews:Investigate AI trends and assist with talent mapping.
At the Frontier of Technology:Dive into AI advancements (e.g., GUI Agents, RL, AI4S, Embodied AI, Infra), engage with scientists, and synthesize insights.
Market Analysis:Collaborate with entrepreneurs and researchers to analyze industry trends, produce reports, and deliver actionable insights on AI development.

Product Design:Deepen your understanding of venture ecosystems and business logic, contribute to product planning, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
Data Analytics:Leverage data analysis and AI tools to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency, providing data-driven decision support.
Content Creation
Brand Content:Track industry trends and create practical, forward-looking content (articles, podcasts, videos, etc.) on technology and entrepreneurship.
Content Production:Assist in developing and producing materials for MiraclePlus’s Startup School.
Operations
General Affairs:Coordinate and execute company events and internal administrative tasks.
HR:Optimize recruitment, training, internal management, and compensation systems; build talent pipelines and elevate Miracle’s employer brand.
Finance:Support daily financial operations, improve efficiency, and ensure robust financial and tax systems.
Legal:Assist with drafting, reviewing, and archiving legal documents; streamline workflows and coordinate communication with entrepreneurs and law firms.
